I apologize, I have a problem with keeping up. Like a day or two passes and then I think it’s too late to even pick up where we left off in the chat. So then I just leave it altogether. (I’ve also had a horrible toothache for a week that was so damn terrible and which I could feel constantly throughout the day, which killed my mood as well). I guess it’s fine to pick it up then?maybe if u kept up with my shit you’d know![]()

Thanks sis! Actually I went to a dentist. I contacted 3 different clinics. The Dutch system is a joke. I told them it hurts a lot and they said first appointment is an intake interview only, treatment will take place on second appointment. My family said for my third try to contact the dental clinic we used to go to. I went Thursday. Dentist there asked if I ever visited any other dentists. I said no, I haven’t (last time I went there was 15 years ago). Then he asked me if it hurts and I said yeah it hurts a lot. He stopped to think and said normally they don’t treat patients but since it hurts a lot, I’ll treat you here so the pain goes away. And he did! Now I’ve been pain free for two days. God bless him!!hi okay i feel so bad now forget what i said i forgive u haha take ur time and yes

I was told by .org users that they’d get immediate treatment over there! In the US, I mean. Here in the Netherlands, they always do an interview first. All the clinics said so, but that would mean being in constant pain for at least 2 weeks. One of my friends suggested I get opioids to cope with the pain. I was close to doing that. Yeah, usually new doctors prefer other brands of medicine, so they will not renew the prescription your old doctor gave you. That’s the only downside of having your go-to GP retiring. To answer your question: all dentist clinics in the Netherlands are like that. The only exceptions are emergency dental clinics, but they charge more and they get bad reviews; their quality of work is subpar and their doctors are very moody.three different clinics omgsame here in america healthcare sucks unless u have good insurance but even then it’s all so expensive. but i think a lot of places can actually do treatment in the same appointment but sometimes that makes it worse. like once i went to a new dermatologist and my appointment was like 5 minutes long but i walked out with a new prescription and it totally messed me up lmao
what kind of dentistry doesn’t usually treat patients? but good on that guy for helping u out lol. god bless him indeed!![]()
yeah like i’ve literally never heard of interviews before treatment that’s kinda crazy to me lol.I was told by .org users that they’d get immediate treatment over there! In the US, I mean. Trust me, you would pick the opioids as well. I stay away from painkillers in general; I don’t use them even if I have a throbbing heartache. But this toothache? I felt it constantly. Warm drinks, cold drinks? Didn’t matter. Any sort of touch, whether it’s liquid or solid, would cause a lot of pain. And there was a throbbing, constant pain throughout the day. Falling asleep at night was more difficult; and I’d wake up throughout the night because of the insane pain. You would do anything to get rid of that. That’s why I was even considering opioids, but luckily my dentist was super cool. I’m so grateful to him. How much did the medicine from your prescription cost you? Oh yeah, I wouldn’t want to work in an ER. But the emergency dental clinics are nothing like that haha.yeah like i’ve literally never heard of interviews before treatment that’s kinda crazy to me lol.
opioids????? holy fuck i’d just cope with the pain at that point i mean yk how scared i am of that shit lmao
and yeah exactly that prescription was like really new and it was so expensive and stuff ended up working so badly
the emergency room over here is apparently really scary too thank god i’ve never been but it sounds like hell from what i hear
bro that sounds horrible i can’t imagine pain like that tbh now that i think about it ive never really had any outstanding injury type of thing lmaoTrust me, you would pick the opioids as well. If you go to the dentist every year, you will never have this problem. It only comes from years and years of neglect. $4K for the prescription?! WTF! How is that even legal? That’s absolutely ridiculous. And I thought I was getting ripped off for paying €20 for my sleeping pills, LOL. And yeah, that absolutely sucks! Healthcare in the US is an absolute joke.bro that sounds horrible i can’t imagine pain like that tbh now that i think about it ive never really had any outstanding injury type of thing lmao
then maybe yeah i’d take the opioids but still it’s just so intimidating ig lol
the prescription was originally like 4k USD which is an INSANE amount of money like genuinely so crazy but i got a generic version of the same prescription so it was only around 200 USD but i had to get a cream and pill so it was like 350 total not including scheduling that stupid appointment that was only 5 minutes which was another almost 200 dollars
totally sucks right
“Situationship” is that how it works???
