I had a acrvit for health where we had to socialize and we got paired in groups and NO one talked to me. I fele like they could sense it and they pitied mecause some of them just started at me, some tried to help. It was so bad bro. I almostwbursted in to tears. I waited till I got in the car which is where I’m writing this but I literally almost had a fpanic attack. I hate this school bcs every one just stares and it mks me feel so awkward and icky. I

I am good at masking it until it’s big groups. I litterally can feel my chest about to split in half that’s how bad it is.
