On paper I have basically everything confirmed, my procedures are confirmed to happen for which I have been planning for. I have made more irl friends and go to Uni and do decently well there. I have a girlfriend and a stable relationships but I am just not happy and I don't think I will ever be.

Yeah the root of the issue is being too impatient. I am really impatient I just have to wait for things to play out even tho i wanted my surgeries done yesterday.

Yeah I just have to focus on something productive and wait for the surgeries in the meanwhile.
