I used to be low inhib and go out every weekend but i isolated myself to the point where i can barely talk to my closest friends or family anymore
Where do i go from here
Should probably stop rotting on this fuckass forum for starters
 
walk outside on purpose, and try to get some vitamin d in your diet. these two things will help you feel way more energized and less depressed. 1-2 hours a day is all you need and I promise in a week it will feel better. i know its hard. i wish you the best of luck. (theres even fun little apps you can get to keep you motivated, like pikmin bloom for example)
