i am paranoid

my family have a history of people going mad and there is a relationship between paranoia and intelligence, so sometimes i have to policy myself otherwise i start to suspect, for example, that some people in this forum are trying to manipulate me or are CIA or something. Thats clearly a sign of szchizo and i know that i may become one in the future.

Perks: i had studied maths before and were good at some theories of it, i also have had a continuous peculiar aesthetic taste which translated on eccentricities, i had also published books and so on.

I can keep tryin to use as much logic and policy myself to not super study a subject which would help me go crazy, yet what if it cant be unstoppable? One of my family became mad after a trauma and the other one after some religious experiences. I must keep atheist, far away from trauma and far from the crazy neurotic studies of math and philosophy.

I feel like shit next to people because they are evil and mean. It makes me psychologically down and that may contribute for me to go mad, so i hide myself, but hiding myself is a indicative of szchizophrenia which may or not contribute with its formation

Make use of that to the best of your abilities. Learn something useful so you can monetize it. Maybe, go to college

Intelligence does not matter if you don't use it properly. Yes you can spend your time researching philosophies, religions, but you may wanna do it later when you first get college degree and get a job you want. You may delay but time will not
