Most of my patients usually want another LeFort sometimes they need so much advancement it needs to be done in two surgeries for optimal results
 
See here's the thing -- you're not going to do SHIT. First you told us all how you want to kill yourself -- false alarm. Now you are talking about ALL these surgeries like you can even afford ANY of them. I think what you really need to do is RELAX and stop seeking attention from strangers.

Holy DNR from you, I said I am going to perform these surgeries on users, not get them myself
