Serious I am setting myself a goal next month

My goal is to walk 30k steps a day without fail.

Did it a decent amount of times this month, now i’ll make it a daily thing.

2, one or so hour walks in the day + just daily movement should get me there.

Any extra caloric deficit I can make is an added bonus for the leanmax.

I ate 10k calories yesterday

Cut starts today.

i stopped eating at midnight. literally not tired at all.

maybe i go for a walk now and get started on the leanmax.
