Imo I’d focus on just getting a solid consistent workout routine at first and eating around maintenance and ik it’s hard but try to listen to your body. Like if you’ve been working out for 1-2 months and you notice you’re still hungry/hungrier than usual then you can eat a bit more

Bulking is highkey cope at least in the way people typically perform them (one pound of bw per week) you can make good gains at maintenance and even at a deficit hit your protein macro and carbmaxx and the gains will come your way.

Yeah pretty much, I started getting really hungry and eating more around 3-4 months into working out and I was seeing good gains

like what this guy said is pretty good advice. also just make sure to eat enough protein. You don’t necessarily have to count macros a good way is to just make sure you have a solid protein source in every meal/snack. Yk like instead of chips eat something like greek yogurt
