Because of holidays I am extra bloated and my parents won t allow me to debloat earlier so I can only start tuesday since that is when I am going to my dorminatory.
What I want to do:
-1 hour of running a day+ walking like 1:30h to uni.
-no sugar, probably not even fruit.
-I want to use the gua sha too, but I don't have an oil for it yet so I hope it works with moisturizer cream too.
I will do this for two weeks then I will go home. I am curious if I will see a tiny evolution.
I am not a sedentary person but I don t do serious cardio, I just walk a lot.
