I am starting my journey on tuesday!

Because of holidays I am extra bloated and my parents won t allow me to debloat earlier so I can only start tuesday since that is when I am going to my dorminatory.

What I want to do:
-1 hour of running a day+ walking like 1:30h to uni.
-no sugar, probably not even fruit.
-I want to use the gua sha too, but I don't have an oil for it yet so I hope it works with moisturizer cream too.

I will do this for two weeks then I will go home. I am curious if I will see a tiny evolution.

I am not a sedentary person but I don t do serious cardio, I just walk a lot.

My purpose is to debloat my face to see if I have a bone structure
 
Hope I survive it...this is a shitty time. My uni exams are starting soon!

My gf talk about using wheat germ oil because EO burn her face

Thanks for advice. I meant 2 weeks as the time when I will check for the first time if I can do it and if there is a minimal evolution(as in less bloat)

2 weeks seems short... don't try to stop eating tho or going into an extreme cut

Oh obviously. I will eat veggies and chicken meat, tuna, eggs and so on but in such a quantity so I won't lose weight.

Even if try to get out all the water/its brine?
I don't know tbh unless you find raw tuna or "low sodium" labeled on cans

if u wanna see if u have good bones just feel them and look at them

just press on your bones and click pictures and/or look in the mirror while pressing on your bones with your finger

Tuna is good just get low sodium. even if its high sodium. salt is good for you. Ive had the leanest face ive ever had with tuna keto diet
