ITS NOT FUCKING FAIR WHY CAN MY BHAI BENCH 100KG. I WAS PREDISPOSED TO BE A f****t
Do some accessory exercises like close grip bench press, weighted dips etc and let the classic bench press away for a moment. In strongmen competition the 2nd part of the movement (the "lock") is always lacking due to triceps weakness
 
At what bw and you was natty or enhanced:00
95kg I think That was 3 weeks after 300mg of test for 4 months but I don’t bench that was one of my weakest things
 
i failed to bench bw if it makes you guys feel better

Impressive still , mirin. probably tore cause you went up in weight to quickly
Tendons takes far more time to become stronger than muscle mass, hence why people on roids injure themselves quicker

I do shitty isolation things like incline chess press and etc

You should really do a focus on dips with a big pec stretch and then doing close grip bench press to becoming stronger on the strech phase but also being able to to lock elbows by having triceps strength
