Calculate your facail ratios see if you need an alar base reduction ect
Look for a good surgeon
Look for results 1 year after
Same with fat grafting

Look for reputable surgeons on Reddit, join their Facebook groups and look for good rhino surgeons, there’s also many on insta who showcase their work and then choose the nose you want.
Then get a consult asap because usually that take a month or 2, and then you get it scheduled a few months after that.
