Discussion I cant fix my sleep schedule any advice?

I was going to sleep around 2-3 am but now at 1-2 am no matter how much I try I cant sleep until its past 12 any tips?
Get a prescription for sleep meds if you can afford it, just cut through the useless natural remedies and get sedatives

i had the same problem i slept only 2-3 hours every night and i started taking melatonin it helped fix my sleep schedule

melatonin gummies!! i also try to stay away from blue light an hour b4 bed, also exercise helps u slep better

mines were 1,5 mg i think and it worked really good for me because i was already always exhausted bc of only sleeping 2 hours every night but if u don’t feel tired at night maybe u can try a stronger one than mine

it can be with a wrong mindset try to not depend on it too much i took it for 1 to 2 weeks and after i tried to sleep without it , for me it wasn’t hard at first but its not easy to maintain it, this was months ago and my sleep schedule is fucked again but not as bad as last time

What I do is pull an all nighter that night, so the next time I instantly fall asleep at 9pm
