I was going to sleep around 2-3 am but now at 1-2 am no matter how much I try I cant sleep until its past 12 any tips?

mines were 1,5 mg i think and it worked really good for me because i was already always exhausted bc of only sleeping 2 hours every night but if u don’t feel tired at night maybe u can try a stronger one than mineHow much should I take?

it can be with a wrong mindset try to not depend on it too much i took it for 1 to 2 weeks and after i tried to sleep without it , for me it wasn’t hard at first but its not easy to maintain it, this was months ago and my sleep schedule is fucked again but not as bad as last timeThxx just one question is it addictive?
