I think social media destroyed society. Casual sex is a byproduct. People have endless options with little to no consequences if something goes wrong. I might sound too conservative when I say this but personally i look down on using dating apps and such for dating even when it doesnt involve sex.

It's just an objective fact that banalizing sex decreased the quality of heterosexual relationships. It's hard to find a partner who hasn't gone through a myriad of sex and romantic experiences before you. And you can be sure those experiences left a big emotional mark on them. You WILL NEVER forget the first person to take your virginity and who you were in love with.

They say when you date a person, you are also dating every ex that came before. It's like buying an altered version of a product and not getting the full/original taste of it. What a state of affairs to be in.
