For 3 months i have been on track, i started from December and lost around 7 kgs by the end of January.
But now i can't see any progress, even though i am starving my ass. My maintenance calories are 3200 and i eat around 2100 to 2500 cals a day.
They all said that only caloric deficit and weight training causes weight and fat loss but it doesn't seem to be working anymore.
