Serious I can't seem to lose any weight anymore

For 3 months i have been on track, i started from December and lost around 7 kgs by the end of January.

But now i can't see any progress, even though i am starving my ass. My maintenance calories are 3200 and i eat around 2100 to 2500 cals a day.

They all said that only caloric deficit and weight training causes weight and fat loss but it doesn't seem to be working anymore.

I also walk around 10k steps at once in the evening at fast pace, total 14k steps in one day and 6 times a day weight training.

i consume about 150 to 200 gm protein everyday, my body weight is 101.9 kgs currently
 
Since you have already tried a calorie deficit and exercises, talk to your physician.
 
honestly before you talk to a physician ask yourself if youre actually counting ur calories properly and putting effort into ur workouts. Genuinely could be anything if you are genuinely counting calories properly, could even be a thyroid issue

Idk bhai see a doc or just increase the intensity of ur workouts but def see a doc first.

youre probably in a plateau. try eating your maintenance calories for a week and then decrease them again. hope this helps
