what do i do now, every time someone speaks I almost always automatically think they are gaslighting me even though they could genuinely have good intentions. fucking brutal
I understand this so much. It’s why I choose isolation over vulnerability because I think my emotions are unworthy of space.

I focus on stillness and actions. If someone loves you, their love doesn't change day to day. It's quiet, it exists, and it feels safe. Even when I'm wary at times, I take a moment to calm down, understand my reactions, be kind to myself, and remind myself: "This person has stood by me during tough times. They have shown their love through actions like being patient and reassuring me. They wouldn't spend so much time with me otherwise." This perspective helps.

In summary, be kind to yourself. Don't rush into trust if you need time. Surround yourself with people who understand this. Pay attention to stillness and actions. Narcissists don’t express love in stillness, and you can never be sure where you stand with them. Seek out people who love you in a calm, compassionate, and equal way. That's the best way to build trust.

You can’t be serious

Hold high the value of honesty, Barbie

Few people are consistent, many are loud, some are controversially both
The important thing is not to sell your opinions to please others, to be coherent and many other values that many (almost all) people overlook
