On saturday I will start a 7 days fast.
I am eating more these days so I gain some weight because I don't want to get like 5 kg skinnier because of the fast( I already struggle with clothes fitting me).
Why? I think this long fast may show me if there is anything under bloat or if the bloat is just my bone structure. I want to see if a healthy life style would be worth. Also...detox purposes.
Won't be too hard cuz I do have classes a good part of the day and I do never eat when I am not at home/dorm.
Tell me your experience if you have fasted.
