It looks quite good in my opinion
I've done it semi-consistently for the past five months or so,
just a horizontal cut around where a dorsal hump would be.
Color contrast and maybe other stuff definitely improves my looks slightly.

yeah probably, more precise aswell, but could get infected easier so make sure to wash the knife before and wash the nose after
