Like what the fuck is the 2kg of sugar diet aka “Pablo diet” involves eating 2kg of white sugar for a short IGF-1 spike I probably think
But fuck like insulin resistance is a thing

Also all these fake carnivores like Paul saladino and Eddie abbew
I’m not a carnivore but Goatis mogs both tbf but Goatis is also fucking odd

I feel like diet is almost useless after you finish puberty I mean you’d have very good health indicators and high collagen but overall it won’t ascend you

Like stop complaining on what to eat and just pin test

I think ketosis is better when someone completely removes all kinds of plants and fruits

its not that complicated, eat raw meat and organs, consume fruit, milk, coconut water, blood for hydration, avoid plain water and salt, drink sugared water, avoid every vegetable and seed foods

You’d maybe some youth and health indicators but generally no change in bone mass
