I dont feel real

I was told awhile I ago like a year and a month ago I have depersonalization and derealization but this feels diffrent I'm a living being but I don't feel real and not in a crazy theory although I do have one I don't think it's crazy tho I just believe we are all Ina simulation like the Sims everyone has their own games we are uploaded to the gallery and out own suffering is made by the player when we die we'll be reincarnated as a new player over and over until the game is shut down then we break out of the simulation and become a real person so in a way I've always known I'm not real but it's never been like this ig I feel like the world is real but I'm a glitch I just wasn't supposed to be here anymore

I'm not planning on hurting myself or someone also he was supposed to come to my house like 3 weeks ago and never did I think he dropped me as a client and never told me

I do have a mental health evaluation on the 6th tho

Idk I wasn't home when he was supposed to come and he said he'd come the next week but never did so he has to come the week after next
