no my kitties poop too much and i have to clean it and it's gross i gag everytime

Make sure you stay hydrated by taking small sips of water or an electrolyte drink and don’t chug it all at once. Once your stomach settles try something bland like toast, crackers, bone broth, bananas, or applesauce. Avoid greasy food spicy, or dairy heavy foods for a bit, and get plenty of rest. Hopefully you feel better soon((:

Idk if this works but if you have tums my mom always made me eat them when im nauseous and throwing up
