Serious I dont like going to the gym

What? You don’t go to the gym because it “hurts”? Bro, that is literally the point. It is supposed to be uncomfortable because that is how you grow. If it was easy, everyone would be in shape, but it is not, and that is why it matters. Sitting on the couch will not make you stronger, it will only make you softer and more out of shape. The soreness you feel is temporary, but the strength, confidence, and discipline you build will last. Every time you skip, you are just proving to yourself that you would rather stay weak than push through a little discomfort. Stop babying yourself, get up, and go lift, because the only thing worse than feeling sore for a day is looking back a year from now and wishing you had started.
