Im currently on a wrestling team right now and I do a LOT of conditioning.(stairs, sprints, push ups, and shit with my arms) idm but I don't like the idea of getting bulky esp in my arms, is there a way to still get good practice without gaining too much muscle ? I already have a shit ton in my legs from soccer along with the muscle I'm starting to get in my arms obviously exercise is gonna make me look different but I wanna know if there's a way to even it out.
