The darker the better as it'll always create better colouring and likely better contrast

What if I was to dye my hair blonde or lighter brown? Itโ€™d look weird with dark brows

No that's even better for women probably the most feminine contrast. Blonde brows make it seem like you have no brows which is a poor health indicator
