haha its okay, were planning on selling it anyway, its valued at around 110 000 USD, after we sell that one I'm probably going to live in the other house or smth, idk, we have 3 main houses, the one you usually see me in, the small crack house thing that I was mowing at, and the other house thats similar to the one I live in, I'm planning on moving to the one that's similar to mine rn, I grew up in the one I'm planning to move into

$110,000 for a house that size? Jeez dude. Houses are a lot more expensive here and they’re smaller as well. Buying a house here would easily cost you $500,000. You have to be really rich here in order to buy one. Mirin housemaxxer.

haha lol, this is similar to what the one thats 110 000 USD looks like

this but with a shed and garage in the back (space for ~4 cars)
there's a berry bush that I'm going to be digging up but I forgot the shovel when we went mowing

the reason I might move out is because my parents are planning to move really far away and sell the house that I'm in rn, they're going to buy a house near the beach for ~ 1 , 000 , 000 USD

and I'm planning on moving into the big house, only thing is I don't want to be alone, even though I can live on my own it seems so scary yk? just being in a house alone at night is terrifying, I've always loved my parents a lot and never wanted to leave them but I guess now is the time :-(

what do houses in the Netherlands look like?
they cant be that expensive right..? do you guys have any suburbs or rural areas that go cheap?
my dream would be to live on a farm ngl

Houses in the US are cheaper than in Europe, I believe. I think a big reason for this is because houses in the US are built with wood whereas here they use concrete and whatnot. So the building material is more expensive. Are they moving to a different state? I think I know which one. You and I FaceTimed when you were there, right? Yup, living on your own can be a scary thing. Is it really time to leave them? You’ll probably feel very lonely if they leave. Houses in the Netherlands look different depending on where you are. You also have bigger houses in other neighbors and they would easily cost almost $700,000 for a 4-bedroom house.

You don’t need to buy a house to live here, most rent. Around $1,000/month. You’d be better off renting it or something.

I would rather own something ngl, renting sounds terrible, I want to have my own plot and privacy, plus I dislike being around a lot of people it makes me really nervous, and I smile when I'm nervous bcz idk what to do, which makes me look even more autistic

I do it all the time here, I live by ~ 4 cops all on my street
also I found some nice houses that are around the same price as the house I'm planning to move into
