Quetiapine, by far the best one that I've tried so far. It's also quite sedating which is a big +

I have absolute doubt within most realms. In other realms I go with pattern recognition which often opposes the norm. I could give more details in about 30 after I've done my cigarette walk.

ive taken both and i prefer antidepressants tbh
antipsychs make me go manic easily and get heavy derealization, atleast the one i took(amitryptiline)

I've never done antidepressants because I suspect that they may cause irreversible damage, and make you permanently content in sickness. I can relate with heavy mania when hopping off antipsychotics, but that's just a plus in my opinion. And as for derealization are you sure that it isn't just your well honed intuition at play?
