I feel it creeping up on me

I think my depression is coming back, i’ve really been trying to fight it for a long time, but idk im tired of trying to stop it, i can feel it in the back of my head growing like a tumor. it feels how it did a few weeks before i tried to rope the last time, idk maybe it’s worse because that felt more subtle. this time i know its there, maybe if i drink and smoke enough i can kill it or maybe thats the problem.
