I feel like 90% of looksmaxxing is just losing weight and getting healthy

no, if it isn`t any major surgery don`t tell anyone. Unless its your wife and you don`t want her confused with the difference in the nose shape of your child

I feel like most of these “transformations” is just kids going thru puberty developing their face and changing coloring
