Ever since I got internet access during covid I feel like I've been loosing myself, all the weird quirky things I used to like I've forgotten about now.
I used to draw, read books & actually spend time outside but now all I do when I comeback from school is rot in my bedroom, Does anyone else relate?
I'm aware of the fact that I lack moderation when it comes to my internet usage(I'm an addict, I spend a lot of my time online), So I want to ask yall If it would be feasible for me to actually dial down my screen time & I would like to here any of your experiences in reclaiming your time sincerely your_dan

They're both small reads, and so you should check them out if you want to hear somebody's experience.
