I fell its over, what i do?

I am not subhuman but people cant tell if I am a woman or man, I have quite androgynous characteristics but I realize this its very unattractive to people. Surgery its seens the only thing to really fix it. Do niche maxing its a possibility or its only cope? In general I fell really lost.
