Not even an overall high inhib issue although that’s not ideal it’s improving

I just find it difficult to actually express what I’m really thinking and my personality, especially to those I don’t know well

For example long term friends I can with ease, and in the past I could with anyone, but last couple years it’s got worse and worse. Mostly when I meet new people

It’s like I put on a safe vanilla persona just so I can be sure that there is no impact on their opinion of me, neither positive or negative. Then eventually this gets so ingrained in my relationship (whatever extent that may be) with that person that trying to show my actual personality is very difficult

Advice yo

Nobody is their self ur constantly acting eventually u start to notice even when ur completely alone in ur room u cringe at mistakes u make despite nobody watching

That’s when ur real self is gone ur an actor even when there’s nobody to perform to

If I'd be myself I just wouldn't talk to anyone tbh.
Yeah since moving out and to a different city I only have a couple close friends here but I prefer it tbh

Exactly, feels like always putting on a show

recently been alone more and I think it’s made me much more happy with who I am to myself I suppose but I still wouldn’t express that
