What would be the best method on getting rid of the scars and redness from accutane?
try ripping off your skin brutally (no redness or scars in sight, 100% chance of working). if u don't want to, post-accutane redness usually isn’t scarring. it’s inflamed blood vessels, so sunscreen + azelaic acid + time will fade it. real indented scars won’t respond to skincare and need derm procedures (microneedling, subcision, laser), no amount of cope serums will change that.

looks like mostly PIE (post-inflammatory erythema) to me + very mild shallow texture, chemical peel is prob unnecessary.
sunscreen, azelaic acid, and time should fix it. maybe PDL / Vbeam laser if it persists.

This is absolutely incorrect and dangerous. Harsh exfoliation (excessive mechanical treatments like scrubs and peels) irritates the skin, increases redness, and can even lead to permanent scarring. Redness or pitted marks do not disappear with harsh exfoliation. On sensitive or post-acne skin, such procedures increase the risk of redness and pigmentation. Dermatologists also do not recommend this; instead, a controlled approach with gentle exfoliation or chemical peels is advised.

Redness often occurs after skin sensitivity and inflammation: Daily soothing care: Moisturizers containing ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide (CeraVe, La Roche-Posay Toleriane) Soothing creams/serums based on aloe vera and panthenol Sun protection: SPF 30+ is essential; UV light increases redness and pigmentation. Topical anti-inflammatory: Azelaic acid or a mild cortisone cream can be used for a short period as prescribed by a dermatologist. These steps will speed up the natural resolution of redness. Mild redness may subside within a few months, but deeper redness can be targeted with laser treatment.

dnf, ur equating “derm procedures” with “harsh exfoliation” and arguing against a position i didn’t take.

There’s a misunderstanding here. I’m not arguing that dermatological procedures (laser, microneedling, subcision) are the same as harsh peels. My view is that harsh peels can irritate the skin and won’t correct pitted scars. You’re arguing against a view I don’t support.
It's wrong to confuse dermatological procedures with harsh exfoliation. I'm simply saying that harsh exfoliation cannot correct pitted scars; this is supported by the literature. But the other things you said are completely true.

Tretinoin may work on some superficial blemishes, but it doesn't reduce redness and can't correct deep pitted scars on its own. Therefore, tretinoin is not a 100% solution. It will not reduce redness; in fact, it may initially worsen it.
Side effects: Irritation, dryness, peeling; medical supervision is necessary as the skin is sensitive after taking Accutane.

bonesmashing is cope, hard mewing is shaky at best. can lead to dental problems, bite issues (malocclusion), TMJ pain, headaches, etc etc.

unless ur like 12 there's not much you can do naturally, it's just bone structure.
I am 14 and my puberty started like a year ago,my test levels are above average is there any Chance my bonestructure can Change naturaly

your bone structure is pretty much all genetically dictated. high t can amplify the shape you’re naturally predisposed to (broader shoulders, denser bones, etc), but can’t completely rewrite your blueprint. if most ppl in ur family have low-mid bone mass u mostly likely will too. same for high facial bone mass. anyways since ur 14 and early-mid puberty, a lot about ur face will change till adulthood.

Bone shape is largely determined by genetics. Hormones (testosterone, growth hormone) can affect bone density and some minor structural changes. However, the basic shape of bones (e.g., arm length, spinal curvature, jaw structure) does not change much after puberty. Regular weight and resistance exercises can increase bone density. Adequate calcium and vitamin D intake is crucial for bone development. Sufficient sleep and a balanced diet support growth hormone production. And my advice to you is to do more research, buddy I wish I were your age; I could change some things, but because I was lazy and didn't do any research, my development hasn't been very good. Read more articles, and don't forget this: health is more important than appearance. If you are healthy, you will be handsome anyway. I hope you develop well.

Is normal mewing better or also cope?
No, of course, the normal tongue position is fine. Just be careful not to press too hard. If you think you'll get faster results by pressing too hard, you're mistaken.
