also use it every other day at most, and do one week on, one week off. because if you use it daily you risk getting dermatitis (that is shit to treat) or thinning your skin perm

take ashwa before since the hpa axis is stressed from the skin
then apply it only on the tip of the nose and wait 5 minutes
after u can wipe it off
do it daily for 2 weeks at first and after that only use it when u need to such as going out
side effects are mild
if u notice water coming out of ur nose that is good
only other side effect is irritation so if ur nose gets red and sore just stop using it but thats uncommon

it makes your skin fragile like tissue paper, causes perm redness, and makes your blood vessels pop out visibly also if you fuck up your skin barrier, you'll end up with steroid rosacea, and that can take 2 to 3 years of treatment just to look somewhat normal again
