Story i found out I have a narrow upper palate and I couldn’t be more happy

So I have a underbite (it’s far from severe but definitely nerfs me) and I planned on getting the surgery for that but recently I went into the dental records and on file I have a narrow upper palate and can not wait to fix it with something like MARPE, will these ascend me?

get FME instead and get headgear (FMA) with it it mogs marpe trust I got FME and it fixed me.

i dont understand why ure happy about having a narrow palate but obviously fixing ur underbite will ascend u. now for MARPE/MASPE, It can ascend people in some cases but not all, If It does Itll just make ur zygos slightly more prominent and make ur smile look better, It can also widen ur lips and nose slightly

nose widening is cope you can expand 12 mm with FME (purely bone-borne) and ur nose might expand max 1 mm

nose widening is cope you can expand 12 mm with FME (purely bone-borne) and ur nose might expand max 1 mm

when MARPE widens ur maxilla, it also widens ur nasal cavity. from the results ive seen It did widen the nose a little bit, but i dont necessarily see It as bad thing. and imo every mm matters

having a non recessed facial structure and cheekbones is 10x more important than a couple mm in nose width. +4mm forward projection with +2mm nose width beats +0mm forward projection with +0mm nose with any day.
