If I'd not let my jealousy win I probably could've actually reasoned with this one guy suffering from body dysmorphia and actually helped him, instead I cussed him out which does the opposite of helping my cause as it just makes me look like a completely crazy person.

Actually reasoning and using logic would've allowed me to get him to realize he wasn't ugly at all and genuinely was a mogger by most real life standards, but my hate just ruined my attempts.
