What if im in serious pain but all u have is codeine, i fucking cant, i legit have to take like 100 mg codeine to feel anything at all

Shoulder injury pain that keeps coming back knce in a while
Thenni go to my doctor telling him my occasion pain is back, he give me oxy bc he knows its chronis and to the bone

But recently ever since the news been talking more abt muh opioid crisis the people who need it are seen as villains and my doc just presribes codeine to me

Im in south africa the closest thing is nyaope a mix of heroin and fetty which is most likely not safe
