happy you came to this conclusion, in the end it's all about macro and micro and tbh i followed your all meat diet but i never did it raw because i didn't see the risk / reward actually benefiting me more then pathogens might hurt me

Also, as for supplements, they generally are grift.
But supplements have been legitimate solutions and ceased symptoms in some people.
In China, they cured vitamin A deficiencies with their own formulated vitamins, they cured the issues of cats that I mentioned in pottengers cats with taurine supplements. id say its inferior and many can regard it as that but it definitely works, with goatis and others they have this all or nothing mindset that is just retarded

Agreed. Also, the hyper fixation on optimizing health especially though diet creates an awful amount of stress. I still wouldn't 100% discredit anecdotes. Good take though.

In theory, it all works. It perfectly manages your balance, there are no cauterized minerals, no carcinogens. It seems like the perfect food, but then there’s the concern of pathogens and parasites. This is my first fucking gripe with this shit, why I despise raw meat. There’s also zero scientific evidence, but again, the general raw meat eater’s first action is to "deny, deny, deny." It’s conspiracy-ridden pseudoscience, claiming we were so much healthier in nature and in the past, and that you need to eat and do all this shit exactly the same way or you will turn out subhuman. It’s consistent fear-mongering: "Muh, if you don’t eat raw meat, you will die sooner." The only evidence AAjonus can supply about why raw food is superior is his fucking stories, his mental delusions. If any of you is a raw meat believer, i recommend you to follow some hunters and see what they find out when they cut up animals. Wild game is infested by parasites and worms. That's why the 1st men of this earth started to developp once they cooked meat (i didn't say using fire was the best method). Your local farmer treat his animals against diseases and cows eat a dewormer twice a year against any kind of parasites

However, I do agree that at least searing out meats are a good idea to avoid parasites.

Ever since humans have discovered fire and realized that cooking food is more efficient the human body also accommodated.
Also being carnivore is a great disadvantage since there’s much of the human body that proves that glucose is the primary source of energy such as:Glycogen storage in the skeletal muscles,Glea cells having a function to store glucose.
Eating lots of meat is very nutritious but the bodies function to use fats and ketones as fuel is just like an emergency back up supply of energy.
Ketosis is just a state of survival when our bodies can’t have any access to glucose after glycogen is depleted from the muscles and used as a last attempt to consume glucose.
“Hunter gatherers” didn’t just eat meat,the suffix “gatherer” in the word also states that human groups of the nomadic and hunter gatherer civilizations gathered fruits and grains.

Never been a fan of running. I used to do track and cross country running, and it was just pure stress and pain. Walking is natural and if you take it at your own pace, it is absolutely not exertive or stressful for the body.

idk, i think my favorite cardio is hiking through harsh terrain or swimming (i used to swim), i also enjoy the gym
