MAJORITY of them literally just get procedures and claim to have changed naturally. Like it’s so fucking obvious. Then they have the audacity of fucking selling their course where they say the most basic stuff imaginable like haha just fix your diet and get lean bro! Like that grows ur facial bones or something damn didn’t think not eating sugar would give you free implants and fillers
