Why do they always play some random ass videos I already watched over and over and over again instead of training their AI to actually know what I enjoy watching I've subscribed to 50-100 channels and when I watch one they always show me the one I just watched and then videos I already saw

Really? I've never understood sleeping to videos. I can sleep to music sometimes but i just use white noise

I go crazy when I hear cars or voices from outside or anywhere due to my autism unfortunately I've been sleeping like this since I'm 7 8 or sum, but before with mp3 players

I normally setup a queue instead of auto play. Save videos to Watch Later if I find it during the day or something. I watch a lot of YouTube though.
