What did you do?

On lookism 2015-2016, like an idiot I used a photo of myself that family had put on their facebook, so although I did not have an active facebook, users could have used reverse image search to find my real identity by association.

Fortunately, that never happened to me though. I did draw drew random squiggly lines around my pictures so that reverse image search software would struggle to match my face.

However, now with AI, this may be less effective as algos scrape web pages and have better processing power.

It was luck + propinquity. I had seen this person in previous years but we never talked, then she approached me when I was sitting alone awkwardly.
