Method I get upset much too easily

Give an example, I feel you to be honest.
Little things people do or talk about that just make me jealous or annoyed.
Its not difficult for me to act normal but I usually stress about it after.

And you also took an interest in trying to fix it. This moody attitude of yours isn’t steering you in the right direction tsk tsk tsk..
 
I need to learn how to calm the storm of my inner psych.

Unfortunately if you haven't that skill in your genes you'll have to train to get it and forcefully control your anger. Meditation is the only small help useful imo
 
I like breathing exersices, sounds like some spiritual bs, I know, but i find it helps me sort of daydream and focus on other things. Its also scientifically proven to engage your autonomic nervous system. Slow, controlled breaths stimulate the vagus nerve, which triggers the parasympathetic nervous system to lower your heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and decrease cortisol.
