What should I do to improve?

I know that my neck is thin and im gonna do neck curls, extensions, & side raises. But i heard it can cause sleep apnea = bad sleep = bad height so what should i do?

hit the gym. youre not going to get sleep apnea. if youre worried about that put tape on your mouth. your skin is clear which is good. would recommend growing out your eyebrows. other than that youre good

Got it thx bro, whats a good hairstyle btw

I cant leanmaxx at puberty + on a calorie surplus, but im doing other things I can to debloat like cardio, pottasium, water, dierutics.
Just maintain then if you are in puberty or a very slight surplus. Exercising like biking, running, swimming will all be amazing for you.
