its scary at first i got diagnosed with it a few years back. mines sectional so its small and really only right under my eyebrow and bits of my hair. thankfully im pale enough so it just blends in with my skin however. biggest tip is stay on top of the medication or it WILL spread and also the patches get sunburnt really quickly (atleast for me) so always put suncreen on it

it also helps to clean your diet up and whatnot since its an autoimmune disease
stress also makes it spread and flare up more so try ur best to be stress-free

ive had it for years now so if u have any questions feel free to ask

what medication did they give you like they gave me something to produce melanin in that patch

i use a cream called Opzelura that my doctor prescribed and also a supplement called Ginko Biloba.
they work pretty good together im just not really on top of it since it barely shows for me thankfully
A few minutes of sun-exposure everyday in moderate UV helps too to stimulate melanin cells

Its a form of escapism on this forum, shift from the schizophrenia into hyperreality where the only bad thing you have is a skin condition

Its sad rly, but we ll change it one day

Shitskins would be very happy to get natural skin bleaching

Don’t attack me I’m also a shitskin

Sadly not choosing to lighten instead the patches would be darkened ig
Did this happen because of the skin bleaching stuff you did? (If I am not mistaken you used some products?
