I got bad posture, and i think thats why i got some certain asymetrics in my face, i dont know how to fix it and lowk my back hurts everytime i put slight effort on brooming the floor. anyone knows how to fix this?

You asked for the negatives. I gave you the answer. You know what gravity is right? When you sleep on your back, Your tongue, and your soft palate fall backwards, which means you can't breathe correctly.

2. Sleeping on your back just won't fix scoliosis. Your spine isn't just gonna go fix itself because your asleep. It's just going to feel better.

3. Pillow under your knees helps a lot with maintaining spinal alignment and making sure it doesn't change while your asleep among other things.

These "issues" are being caused by conditions that needs to be addressed by a medical professional. If you're experiencing pain it would be a symptom of an underlying condition. Scoliosis cannot be corrected without medical intervention.
