Idk dude, I need a good, non-inflammatory moisturiser and this one is highly recommended.

I have no acne and clear skin

Hence why I just use a cleanser, it feels less harsh and doesn't leave any residue or smell vs normal soap so it's just small QOL if you car about that

They are generally more free from fragrances and parabens VS normal soap so like, ever so slightly better for your hormones if you care about avoiding those too
