Skin brighten/lighten. I’ve heard asthaxin doesn’t actually give u red undertones or anything
Glutathione would probably be better if you're looking to lighten your skin.

Five month Astaxanthin transformation (Reddit)

For example, the flesh of wild salmon is pink because they eat algae which contains astaxanthin. They need to add astaxanthin to the food they feed farmed salmon so it has the same coloured flesh as wild salmon. Trust me, it does give you red undertones.

Aight I’ll def consider asthaxanthin. But one thing I will say is oral glutathione doesn’t do much since it’s better if u inject it so im prolly not gonna try that one

Supplements don't actually give you enough nutrients just get it through diet
Nah I know I’m just using them as add ons for some extra vitamins

Depends on the supplement and if it is water soluble, no? Excess vitamins that are water soluble are excreted by urine.

Water
The problem is people use them too often and if they don't do this they'll see no results (will anyway but yk)

Not a real thing btw
I’ve literally made threads about this supplement stack before and nobody was saying anything about it being cope

I picked just nac msm and vit c, ur telling me those are all gonna fuck me up?

I have heard good things about lycopene and the other one (not beta carotene unless you wanna look like Trump)
I have as well but I don’t think those actually affect ur skin undertones

MSM
Glutathione
Astaxanthin

Does work gradually but kojic mogs
Yesyes
Msm is quite literally one of the ones I bought. Idk why I’m getting comments disagreeing with it

It's more supportive of anything, doesn't do anything on its own for lightening but goated supplement overall

Exactly I knew what I bought wasn’t cope, that and nac are apparently great together
