As far as I can remember my teeth always were yellowish, hydrogen peroxide helped me a lot with that but it still isn't enough. This shit right here coated me 43 CAD for 20 strips, better work well. Does anyone have tips or advice regarding whitening stripes ?

If hydrogen peroxide alone can't whiten your teeth, this stuff isn't gonna help much except increasing your teeth sensitivity so be careful

Normally baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide to brush your teeth should do the job to get your teeth whiter, combined with classic fluoride toothpaste (baking soda/HP in the morning, fluor toothpaste in the evening).

The teeth whitening strips past strength 5 have higher doses of hydrogen peroxide that you let for a looot of time and can degrade enamel and your teeth nerves are basically exposed to food, environnement and bacterias, who can cause sensitivity when you eat cold or hot foods
