Every week i lock in and dont eat junk until Saturday but ever since last month my body doesn't want to listen like today instead of working out for reason i went to the kitchen and ate junk
But at least i work out after for 2 hours mostly walking so i dont get cramps and some cardio and i also threw away all my snacks in my room
