I had the worst beach trip of my life

I was up till 4 am last night in the emergency room with my friend, covered in sand and soaking wet until she could go home then I had to drive her car the two hours back to our town wake up my sister to get me from her house and I finally got to sleep at 1pm today

you can if you stay up for 2 days and do some hard activities that pull energy out of you like swimming walking all day when you didnt go out since 2 months at least or whateve idk when i had 5hrs of sleep was woken up quickly got ready went out in the city for 6hrs of straight walking around then went home stayed up all night went for morning swim at 5 am in cold water walked around for 2hrs or 1,4hrs then stayed up for at least 6 hrs more hours playing adrenaline heavy game like cs2 and then i just pased out cus of exhaustion and slept for at least idk 18hrs
