how do i get myself to eat? my waist looks too feminine
Eat some calorie dense food that ain’t goyslop and you can get some mass gainer, just make sure to take a quality one. Also hit the gym, if your waist really is too skinny you can compensate with having a V-taper and broad shoulders. Give solution

1/ Smaller plates but more plates through the day.
Eat most of your proteins/carbs mixed, for example : Hachis Parmentier, it's layer of mashed potatoes with grinded beef, with some cream, butter, spices etc...

It's more easy to eat and calories dense, and the more you're reducing matiscation the more you're reducing satiety
(that's why industrials invented slop, but don't eat it since it's not nutrients dense)

2/ Do homemade gainers : Mix oats/buckwheat/Maltodextrin/Ice cream/Fruits/Honey (carbs) with Milk/Whey/Eggs (proteins) and with Peanut Butter/Sky/Yogurt (fats) to get a calories & nutrients dense weightgainer
